Schouten Tornado slurry compressor

The 16,500l/min capacity of the Tornado AC160 pto-driven compressor is said to quickly clean even the largest of slurry hoses.Developed by Dutch manufacturer Schouten Machines to meet the increasing demand for faster emptying of larger diameter slurry hoses, both the compressor block and the oil cooler are mechanically driven from the tractor’s front PTO (1,000rpm). Power requirement is around 170hp, and the Tornado is optionally available with a hydraulic liftable hose reel on which an umbilical hose can be transported. The hood folds up at the front for access to all parts.The AC160 weighs 1.35t and is equipped with LED lighting as standard. Length, width and height of the unit is 0.86m, 2.8m and 1.4m, respectively.
