Lemken Thulit working width tops 12m

The Thulit MF/1200 is the first Lemken tined harrow to exceed a working width of 12m.The design with four bars and eight rows of tines and hydraulic tine pressure adjustment (100g to 5.0kg) on the new 12.2m model is based on the Thulit MF range launched last year. The five harrow sections can be folded into three or four to reduce the working width to avoid obstacles and prevent overlapping, and the implement folds into a V-position to prevent the tines from digging into the ground on headlands. The 12.2m implement folds to a height of 3.3m, and the outer wings are automatically locked for transport. The torsion-resistant and light weight support profiles are said to provide good stability, and the six support wheels at the front of the frame spread the weight evenly across the full working width. When fitted with rear support wheels, the 12.2m machine can operate with ground contour adjustment. This needs to optional rear support wheels, and rear wheel eradicators are also available. Limited numbers of the Thulit MF/1200 are available now with series production planned to start in March 2025.For more up-to-date farming news click here and subscribe now to profi and save 47%.Share this: TwitterFacebookRedditWhatsApp Share this: TwitterFacebookRedditWhatsApp Steven Vale
